The german pronunciation is Heckler & Coke, just like the soft drink.

Just don't be a Koch Heckler, or you'll wind up with a softy for the night.

Take your pick. The German ch sound does not appear in standard English, though the Scots use it in words like "loch." It's something of a soft throat-clearing sound a bit harder than an sh sound. Also, if you happen to know a little Russian, Ukrainian or some such, it's the sound of the Cyrillic letter X.

I pronounce it as H&K to avoid any confusion and or mispronunciation.
