Mark To strip someone of the means to protect himself, and his family is what is Insane to me 11/18/2003 9:25:47 PM
IYAOYAS1223 I JUST CAN'T IMAGINE NOT BEING ABLE TO PROTECT MY WIFE AND KIDS, I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL I WOULD DO? JUST THE THOUGHT OF IT PISSES ME OFF. 10/10/2003 7:51:05 PM
Andy I wonder if anyone here has seen Bowlin For Columbine. Very good film, watched it for the second time last night. Beign English, I find it quite amusing to see the media reactions to tragedies in the US, and also how some citizens seem to think that they do not only have the right to own firearms but also that it is a responsibility. This would imply that being unable to purchase a gun to "protect my family" I am irresponsible. But I pose the question - what are you trying to protect yourselves from? Your enemies? Strangers? Your neighbours? Your *friends*??? We have very few guns over here, and no need for them. What I don't see is why people in the US seem to think they do. To think you have the "right" to be able to maim or kill another citizen of your country seems by all rights to be insane. 8/24/2003 8:26:03 AM

Erry Individual people have the right to be armed: To be armed is to have the final voice in politics. Even though our form of free self-government seems secure and there is no imminent foreign threat of invasion, the people deserve the right to defend themselves against tyranny, either homegrown or from abroad. If the government turns tyrannical or invaders come, the people are the ones who suffer, therefore the people have this individual right. 7/14/2003 9:49:20 PM

Manchu All government officials raise their right hand and take an oath, swearing that they will uphold and protect laws of the United States, of which the Constitution is the very base. It appears crystal clear to me that they are derelicting their duties, therefore need to be prosecuted. What we have been witnessing the government commit for the last 40-years is the exactly what the 2d Amendment is for. "De Oppresso Liber" 1/31/2003 9:18:21 PM
spiela2003 south african goverment try to take guns away form citizens who have bought guns and have valid licenses for those guns. it makes it easier for the criminals (south africa have highest crime rate in world) to murder, rape, and steal from the law abiding citizens of south africa. what are they trying to do? why do they want to dis-arm us? what is the goverment's secret agenda? is it not enough that they are killing the white farmers like flies why they sit with folded arms? or are we on the road like zimbabwe? send comments to spiela2003@yahoo.com 1/24/2003 7:25:17 AM
