Before "Slick Willy's" Illegal gun and mag ban was allowed to die in America, the Peoples' Republik was saddled with their own State version of this nastiness by the Democrack Hoplophopes they keep electing across the River, and the H-K MP-5 and all its' variations were among the multitude of weapons denied to law-abiding citizens of Kalifornia.

If you live in the People's Republic of Kaliphornia, then you can't even get a semi-auto with 16-inch barrel (if they even exist), it's one of those "assault weapons"

don't take this the wrong way, but.............. If you can't legally own any magazine that holds more than 10rounds in California, what makes you think that you could possibly own a H&K MP5 A5? I would have to say NO you can't own a H&K MP5 A5 in California.
